Make a plan

A plan is  the fanatic me taking control.  The packing of a lunch to take to work or even the carrying of an apple in my pocket qualifies as a plan.  Of course a plan could take the form of one of those written diets, or have a personality of a family budget and those work, but only in the short run.  It is the every day awareness that the plan can contribute to that awareness that is "fanatic mode" or consciousness.

Today is Sunday, I am down a rabbit hole and need a plan to climb out.  Think about this, Tomorrow is Monday, Office has sweets at morning meeting.  I plan to avoid them.  I will bring an apple.  This is a plan for a day.

It is a start.
